Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Life Education, we strive to ensure that students have a smooth and fair learning experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking any classes.


1. No Refunds for Attended Classes

  • Refunds will not be provided for classes that a student has already attended.


2. Requesting a Cancellation or Refund

  • All requests must be sent via email to education@lifeeducation.com.

  • Requests will only be accepted if they are sent from the registered email ID of the student.


3. Class Cancellations by Students

  • Students must cancel a class at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

  • Refund requests will be considered valid only if made within this time frame.

  • Refunds will be evaluated on a reasonable basis, and Life Education reserves the right to accept or reject a request. Students will be notified of the decision by email.


4. Cancellations by Life Education

  • If Life Education discontinues or cancels classes for a subject, the paid amount will be refunded directly to the student’s wallet account on our platform.

  • The refundable amount will not exceed the total payment made by the student.

  • If classes are discontinued mid-course, the refund will be calculated based on the number of remaining classes.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be credited to the student’s wallet within our platform.

  • Wallet refunds can be used to book future classes.

  • Refunds will not be processed back to the original bank account or payment method used at the time of purchase.


Note: Life Education reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website.
